France - Hoverla welcomes back Tiggs, ex Dijon

Kevin TiggsHoverla Ivano-Frankivsk (Superleague) tabbed 29-year old American swingman Kevin Tiggs (196-100kg-84, college: East Tennessee State). It's actually his comeback to Frankivsk as he played here before. Tiggs supposed to play at Dijon in French ProA. In 6 games this season he averaged 6.3ppg, 1.5rpg and 1.2apg. The last season he played at Hoverla. In 42 Superleague games last year he had 14.2ppg, 4.0rpg, 1.9apg and 1.6spg
